Our Standard Charges
For bookings of less than a week please go to AirBnb or Booking.com
For bookings of 7 nights or more please contact us direct via the details below.
School Holiday weeks £800 pw Inc cleaning.
Low season £650 inc cleaning

​We require a £150 damages deposit to secure your booking, which is returnable on departure. ​

Special Rates
If you are on a low income or struggling financially we may be able to arrange a discretionary special rate, particularly in the low season.

We'll need you to be flexible on what dates you come but will try to offer you a rate you can reasonably afford.
​
Whilst we need to cover our running costs, we don't want anyone to miss out on a much needed holiday just because they're hard up.
Regulars, Friends & Family
For repeat & regular guests, or friends and family, we offer set discounts depending on availability and the time of year.
We'll announce these regularly via Facebook but if your not an FB user, pls just send an email with dates you'd like to book and ask for the 'F&F' Rates.
